Giant Golf announces expansion and relocation of Southern California offices

The new World Headquarters is located in Rancho Santa Margarita, a thriving, planned community in southern Orange County. The new address will be 22432 Avenida Empresa, Rancho Santa Margarita, California 92688-2000. The relocation to the new facility is scheduled to take place by December 1, 2002.

“We are delighted to announce this significant step in the continued growth and expansion of our company”, said Colin Nathanson, Founder and President of Giant Golf. “This new facility will create considerable efficiencies in our operations, as well as provide ample space to meet current and projected growth.”

The new building contains approximately 40,000 square feet of office and warehouse space and will provide for:

- Consolidation of offices and warehouses into one facility. By combining under one roof, the company will gain measurable efficiencies.
- The new building will support continued growth of the company with ample room to relieve capacity and storage constraints.
- To better serve local customers, the new building will provide space to include a customer showroom and netted area for walk-in customers to test hit our golf equipment. Additionally, this area will expand capabilities for new product research, development and testing.
