New tour rep. for champ producing dramatic results

In order to get the top professionals in the game to use your equipment, you need a great product and a dedicated Tour representative to get the product in the hands of the pros. For 2003, CHAMP, a leading manufacturer of golf spikes, hired Arnie Cunningham as PGA Tour Representative, and it has paid dividends. In the first nine full-field events in 2003, usage of CHAMP soft golf spikes have increased 320% over the same events in 2002.

“Arnie has done a great job for us on Tour,” said Harris MacNeill, CEO of CHAMP. “He has made an immediate impact, as evidenced by the tremendous increase in players wearing our spikes over the first three months of the season.”

Cunningham is an 18-year veteran of the PGA Tour, having represented such companies as Taylor Made, Etonic, Titleist, Cobra, See More and Como, to name a few. In addition to CHAMP, he currently reps Harrison Shafts, Winn Grips, Tabasco and La Jolla.
