July 09, 2004 By: Tova Laramee PowerBilt Golf launches new multi-dimensional web siteGolfers, golf professionals, media representatives and retailers who visited powerbilt's web site during 2003 will find PowerBilt’s new web site to be a totally different experience. We have definitely taken our web site to the next level, said Cheryl Fink, Director of Marketing for the 88-year-old golf division of Hillerich & Bradsby, Co. We upgraded everything! The information, the ability to communicate with and reward our customers, and the services we provide to the fine pro shops and golf retailers that represent our products to golfers around the world. Under the mantle, YOUR PRO KNOWS, PowerBilt’s marketing slogan, the new home page features a welcome from John Hillerich, IV, President & CEO of Hillerich & Bradsby. From there it is easy to navigate to product information, videos of PGA professionals demonstrating the products, playing tips by PowerBilt’s pro panel, special offers and contests, a media center, chat room and dealer-locater based on zip codes. Ms. Fink, who directed the massive website project, said, The Internet will now play a key role in our marketing. A golfer will be able to come to our site, see and read about our products, see them demonstrated by a PGA professional, enter a contest to win a set of irons or another product, check what other golfers and the media have to say about PowerBilt, share their own story about PowerBilt, find their closest dealer and eventually, with the new PowerChord system, actually purchase a product from their local authorized PowerBilt dealer – all without leaving their home or office.
