A Night of Celebration as Golf Industry Gathers for PGA of America Awards at PGA Merchandise Show

PGA Golf Professional of the Year Jim Brotherton Jr. of Birmingham, Ala., and Ernie Sabayrac Award winner Tom Crow of La Jolla, Calif., head the list of recipients who were honored at the 2003 PGA of America Awards at the Orange County Convention Center’s Grand Auditorium in Orlando, Fla.

For the first time, all PGA of America national award winners were honored in a single program. Veteran golf announcer/essayist Jim Huber was master of ceremonies. The award program was held in conjunction with the 51st PGA Merchandise Show, the world’s largest golf exhibition. Also see: golf gifts.
