Heritage Golf Group Acquires Twin Creeks Golf Club in Allen, Texas in a Joint Venture with Hillwood

Heritage Golf Group, a San Diego-based owner and operator of premier private and daily fee golf facilities, announced today that it has added Twin Creeks Golf Club in Allen, Texas to its growing portfolio of world class properties.

Heritage Golf Group partnered in the transaction with Hillwood, a diversified real estate investment and development company whose Chairman is Ross Perot, Jr. The company's first partnership with Hillwood was in the acquisition of Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, Florida in October 2002.

Partnering with Hillwood for the second time is a testament to our continuing pursuit of high quality golf facilities and to our desire to partner with the great development team at Hillwood. Twin Creeks Golf Club rests at the heart of the Twin Creeks master-planned community. The Club features an 18-hole daily fee championship style golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and opened in 1995.
