January 29, 2006 By: Laurie Simpson Golf bags, Save Your Back With A Double Strap!Golf bags are a very important part of a golfers game. Over time, avid golfers acquire their own collection of clubs and play best when using only their own. As the game of golf requires the use of many different clubs, a good bag is vital for carrying them around the course. Many golf courses are very large and without golf bags, carrying your clubs would become very cumbersome. They also provide protection for clubs while they are not in use and a handy carrying case for extra balls, scorecards and refreshments. Golfers carry their golf bags using a strap across their shoulders. The bag itself then hangs down their backs. This can be a problem over a long course as the strap and hanging bag can cause back pain. Some golfers prefer a bag with duel straps, one going over each shoulder. This reduces the strain on just one side of the back and allows the player to carry his bag with greater ease. For many reasons a golfer may prefer not to carry a bag at all. Manufactures of golf bags have addressed this issue by designing bags on wheels. This invention allows a golfer to walk the course with all his clubs and supplies without ever putting stress on his back. Like any other sport, golfing has areas of concern for the participant. If you can avoid being hit by stray balls, your most serious threat golfing will be to avoid the stress carrying your bag can put on your back. Also see: golf bags.Author Notes:
